The candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business, maintain client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams for seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Mentoring junior sales team members and staying informed on industry trends are also key aspects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in digital advertising sales or business development.
  • Extensive experience selling various ad formats, including display, video (CTV/OLV), programmatic solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to strategically prospect, develop new business, and grow key accounts.
  • Expertise in consultative sales approaches for large-scale accounts.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including buy-side and sell-side technologies.
  • Proficiency in ad tech concepts (programmatic, RTB, ad fraud prevention) and key performance metrics (CTR, viewability, engagement, attribution).
  • Experience using CRM and sales intelligence platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to track activity, pipeline, and revenue performance.
  • Extensive professional network contacts across media holding companies, agencies, brands direct, and C-level decision makers.

The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $215,150 to $331,300 USD annually with a 60%/40% (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonuses and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
