Understanding of DNS infrastructure Advance knowledge of load balancing technologies, encryption methodologies and security principles in F5 Technologies; Local Traffic Manager (LTM), Access Policy Manager (APM), Application Security Manager (ASM), Global Traffic Manager (GTM), and Adv. Firewall Manager (AFM) { Primary skillset} Strong understanding of physical & virtual F5 architecture and device administration Strong understanding of application deployment fundamentals and automation Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to set and maintain high quality work standards. Broad application of principles, theories, and concepts in applicable discipline, plus extensive knowledge of other related fields. Tasks:

• Provide on-call (24x7) technical support during OOO hrs.
• SNOW (Tickets, Catalog Tasks, Service Requests)
• Changes (mostly during the night!!)
• Software Updates
• Vulnerability-and Bug fixing
• Lifecycle Tasks
• Monitoring
• To maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles.
• Inventory Management for All network Devices Switches/ Routers/ etc for sites.
• Training: Be willing to participate in on the job and commercial training designed to enhance skills and support capabilities.
• Follow defined staffing schedule.
• Ensure all the KPI s are met through following standard processes and procedures WAF & AWAF Specific: Functional Areas: Provide technical expertise for information security policies and standards for Application Development throughout SDLC Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of the threat landscape and emerging security threats and vulnerabilities Conducting vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (application and/or infrastructure) and articulating security issues to technical and non-technical audience Own and perform application security vulnerability management. Support and consult with product and development teams in the area of application security. Application vulnerability assessments Manage & Mature Application Security Standard, Framework and related process Skill Set Required: Strong knowledge of web application protection technology(WAF),such as OWASP preferred, Penetration, Host, Applications , Vulnerability Assessments - Network, Host, Applications, Security in SDLC (Application Security). Ability to interact with project/program/IT teams in balancing security needs with business needs Working knowledge of compliance frameworks and security management standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST CSF. PCI-DSS etc.) Thorough understanding of enterprise security controls, network protocols and operating system (Windows/Linux environments) Experience coordinating targeted exercises with third-party penetration testing teams in an advantage. Possess excellent communication, problem-solving, & presentation skills (including MS excel and PowerPoint) Ability to clearly present technical approaches or findings in oral and written format
