Job Description

The Senior Analyst of Clinical Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and revolutionize primary care. In this dynamic role, the Senior Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to design and implement strategic quality improvement initiatives that directly impact thousands of patients across our network. They will serve as a key bridge between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, translating complex healthcare data into actionable strategies that enhance care quality, optimize clinical workflows, and drive measurable improvements in population health outcomes.
Must have:
  • Create and and maintain Aledade’s comprehensive quality measure contract documentation, performance guides, and measure specification documentation.
  • Develop comprehensive reports and data visualizations that communicate quality performance to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of quality improvement measures, methodologies, and outcomes.
  • Design and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with teams to create technology-enabled performance improvement and optimize population health strategies.
  • Research performance initiatives to improve specific patient health outcomes.

Job Details

The Senior Analyst of Clinical Strategy will play a pivotal role in driving initiatives to improve patient outcomes and revolutionize primary care. In this dynamic role, the Senior Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to design and implement strategic quality improvement initiatives that directly impact thousands of patients across our network. They will serve as a key bridge between clinical excellence and operational efficiency, translating complex healthcare data into actionable strategies that enhance care quality, optimize clinical workflows, and drive measurable improvements in population health outcomes.

We are flexible with geographic location—the ideal candidate can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. or from our Bethesda, MD or Durham, NC offices.

Primary Duties:

Quality Measure Documentation:

  • Create and and maintain Aledade’s comprehensive quality measure contract documentation, performance guides, and measure specification documentation.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Develop comprehensive reports and data visualizations that communicate quality performance to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate documentation of quality improvement measures, methodologies, and outcomes.

Quality Improvement Initiatives:

  • Design and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and streamline clinical operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create technology-enabled performance improvement along with coordination and implementation of campaigns to test and optimize performance strategies and improve population health outcomes.
  • Research performance initiatives to improve specific patient health outcomes.

Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4-6 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, data analysis, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with proficiency in data management and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
  • Expertise in using data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau) and Google Workspace especially Google Sheets.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-moving workplace with flexibility and resilience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently take initiative.
  • Familiarity with healthcare quality standards, metrics, and reporting guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • A desire to help improve the U.S. health care delivery system for patients and primary care clinicians

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
