As a Senior Analyst, Support at Nagarro, you will be responsible for providing technical support to clients and resolving their issues. You will need to have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be responsible for documenting issues and solutions, and for creating and maintaining knowledge base articles.
