The primary responsibility of this role is to perform various tasks related to content for the video catalog quality, under general supervision. This could involve tasks such as checking and/or fixing metadata, image, subtitles, audio and video assets to provide a seamless viewing experience to PV customers. The day to day job requires the individual to make judgment based decisions by following a standard operating procedure and perform Quality checks. The associate should have working knowledge of MS office to capture data on daily basis.

- Meet business metrics and goals, i.e., SLA, production, and quality targets
- Maintain records of day- to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools
- Contribute to ideations
- Stakeholder Communications
- Bachelor's degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
- Minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Digital/Quality Space
- 1. Ability to perform quality checks on video, audio and subtitle files
- 2. Ability to deep-dive on the issues and identify root-cause
- 3. Excellent Communication skills
