Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Write, edit and proofread content created with the objective of improving CTRs and Conversion rate. Content to be created for channels like Push
- Notifications, In-app banners, Social Media, Performance Ads, Emailers and RCS.
- Stakeholder Management: Work with Product, Brand, Strategy and Execution teams to drive improved business metrics through right communication sent at the right time
- Ownership of Communications: Take the overall responsibility from briefing, copywriting, approvals and performance analysis. The objective is to ensure that quality communications are delivered within strict timelines
- Communications Performance Analysis: Work with Data Analysts to understand key learnings. Ensure that learnings are incorporated in the communications on an ongoing basis to deliver improved KPIs
- Research and Innovation: Take initiatives to get a thorough understanding of the various programs, customer segments, competitor initiatives and industry trends to improve the copies delivered
Qualifications
- Bachelors/Masters in English, Political Science, History, Sociology, Mass Communications or Marketing Courses from Top Tier Universities such as Delhi University, Christ University, Sophia College, Jadavpur University, Indian Institute of Mass Communication, Asian College of Journalism, St. Xaviers College, Xaviers Institute of Communications, Ashoka University
- A demonstrated Experience in improving business KPIs through Communications
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing communications with a brand catering to Tier 2 segments or with a Marketing Agency
- Demonstrated experience in working with various stakeholders to deliver output within tight timelines
