Job Summary
PhonePe is seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Manager, Payments Growth to lead and execute growth initiatives for the UPI Business. This role involves managing UPI market share across P2P, P2M, Merchant & Bank Partnerships, and driving the growth of UPI-based products like AutoPay and Scan & Pay. The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, analytical skills, a product-led growth mindset, and excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, working cross-functionally to achieve impact.
Must Have

We are looking for a data driven and results-oriented professional to drive & execute growth initiatives for the UPI Business within Payments. As Manager, Payments Growth you will be responsible for managing UPI market share (P2P, P2M, Merchant & Bank Partnerships) and growth of UPI based products such as AutoPay, Scan & Pay, etc. for the largest UPI player in India.
This is a high-impact role that requires :
a) First principle thinking, business & category understanding
b) Strong Business acumen & analytics skills
c) Product led Growth Mindset
d) Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills
e) Strong execution rigour
f) Exposure and Knowledge of Payments and Fintech is a plus point
You will work cross-functionally, collaborating with teams across Product, Business, Finance, Analytics, Tech, Legal and Marketing to drive impact.
Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience working on growth strategies, customer retention, product led growth, etc.
Education: MBA from Tier 1 college (Preferred)
