1. Work on delivery of payments strategy engagements and stakeholder management both internally and externally
2. Deliver complex transformation projects from strategy to execution
3. Develop and lead proposals/RFPs in collaboration with other teams. competencies.
4. Contribute to thought leadership space in the payments space by creating white paper, case studies, analysis of trends etc.
5. Develop the team through training and coaching. Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, and stakeholders to build trust.
1) 3 - 9 years of experience in FS with at least 50% experience in payment roles
2) Past experience working on projects such as such as (a) go to market / expansion strategies, (b) Pricing strategies (c) End to End Product development/management (3) Target Operating model design (4) Market research and benchmarking (5) Customer value proposition definition (6) Business process reengineering (7) BRD / FRD / Process / SOP documentations (8) Commercial or operational due diligences,
(9) Best fit partner identification / selection (10) Cost reduction / automation / digitization, (11) Business plan and model creation etc.
3) Good basic understanding of the payment’s domains covering available market solution and vendors, market defining trends, different rails and their uses cases, commercial business / pricing aspects of payments, risks & regulatory related requirements, etc.
4) One or more payment areas of expertise with in depth knowledge (Areas could include - Cards, Acquiring, Wallets, Faster Payments, Payment aggregation / PG, Cross border payments, etc.)
5) Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate thoughts in a crisp and concise manner
6) Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, MPP and other tools to delivery high quality consulting deliverables
7) Knowledge on certain technical aspects of payments such as cloud and on-prem infrastructure, payment data analytics and payments security (PCI DSS/PA DSS compliance)
8) Problem solving and solution oriented in all for situation and tasked assigned
9) Strong communication, client handling and interpersonal skills.
10) As may be required by the client, the candidate should be willing to travel for projects within and outside of India for long periods (6 to 8 months), if required.
11) Self-driven and willing to do what is required to meet demanding client needs
12) Deal effectively with ambiguous and unstructured problems and situations
13) Move easily between big picture thinking and managing relevant detail.
14) Navigate the complexities of working in a highly matrixed environment with diverse teams across competencies, countries and engagements
