[Job Content]

Semiconductor package design and technology development work.

[Specific Job Content]

• IATF16949 compliance work
• Design review, QCD support work
• Mass production deployment to factories, technical discussions and negotiations with material manufacturers and OSATs
• Package structure design and drawing creation using design tools
• Thermal design and stress design using simulation tools
• Package technology development for next-generation products

Qualifications

[MUST]

• Semiconductor package design/development work experience
• Work experience with semiconductor package OSAT
• Business level Japanese
• Business level English

[WANT]

• Work experience using FMEA, FTA, DRBFM, and core tools
• Work experience in semiconductor package design
• Experience in drawing creation and structural design using AutoCAD etc.
• Experience in board design using APD
• Experience in electrical, thermal, and stress simulation using ANSYS, FloTHERM etc.
