Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to

Fully understand the technical characteristics of the products, thereby assisting agents in better completing the sales tasks assigned by the company, determining product promotion strategies, and executing promotional activities, such as providing product training to agent sales teams, developing sales tools, and assisting agents in sales cooperation with hospitals.

Your responsibilities are

  • Responsible for achieving emergency care business targets in the Northwest region, meeting company performance requirements
  • Maintaining client relationships with KA hospitals
  • Responsible for planning and executing regional marketing activities and managing regional distributors.
  • Maintain communication with distributors, conduct regular reviews, and follow up on distributors' quarterly orders.
  • Develop secondary channels to increase market coverage.

Your department's structure and culture

This position is a monitoring product sales representative, serving the entire sales process, with the aim of assisting regional agents in completing the company's sales tasks.

To successfully apply for this position, you should possess the following skills and experience

  • Preferably with a medical background or medical device sales experience
  • Possess basic presentation skills, and communication skills with clients, internal and external parties
  • Continuous learning ability and innovative thinking.
  • Good presentation skills and communication skills
  • Willingness to face challenges under pressure, ability to work independently
  • University graduate with English writing skills
