The professional will clarify doubts regarding payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other HR processes, ensuring an excellent employee experience. This involves managing tickets, chats, and calls, resolving requests effectively, or escalating to specialists when necessary. The analyst will also contribute to team performance indicators and maintain an updated knowledge base, aligning with company policies and practices. This is a hybrid position based in Varginha, Minas Gerais, Brazil.
Must Have:
  • Address employee queries on payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and HR.
  • Provide first-level support, resolve or escalate requests.
  • Manage tickets, chats, calls within SLAs and high quality.
  • Contribute to team KPIs, focus on employee experience.
  • Maintain updated HR knowledge base.
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Solid knowledge of general HR processes: payroll, timekeeping, labor law, benefits, terminations.
  • Experience in employee service and process standardization.

Job Description

Professional responsible for offering support and service to employees on People-related topics, ensuring excellence in the employee experience. Will act as a first-level support, clarifying doubts about payroll, benefits, timekeeping, and other HR processes, ensuring appropriate referral to specialists when necessary.

You will be responsible for:

  • Address and clarify employee doubts related to People demands, including payroll, deductions, benefits, timekeeping, and other Human Resources matters;
  • Provide first-level support, ensuring effective resolution of requests or appropriate referral to responsible specialists;
  • Manage tickets, chats, and calls, ensuring that all demands are handled within established deadlines (SLA) and with a high standard of quality;
  • Monitor and contribute to the achievement of the team's performance indicators (KPIs), with a constant focus on excellence in the employee experience;
  • Keep the area's knowledge base updated, ensuring that the available content is always aligned with the company's current policies, processes, and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields;
  • Solid knowledge in general HR processes, including payroll, timekeeping, labor law, benefits, and terminations;
  • Experience in employee service and process standardization;
  • Interpersonal skills involving organization, responsibility, teamwork, and good communication;
