Job Description

As a Senior Client Partner in the GrabAds Thailand team, you will be responsible for sourcing and selling advertising campaigns across both offline and online channels. This involves pitching directly to leading advertisers and through their agencies, managing a sales pipeline, and working towards multi-million dollar annual revenue targets. You will collaborate with Campaign Planners and Account Managers to design and execute creative marketing campaigns, ensuring smooth operations and service excellence. This onsite role in Bangkok requires achieving quarterly personal and team revenue goals.
Must have:
  • Pitch & win clients for GrabAds & Marketing campaigns (60% Hunting / 40% Farming)
  • Develop high-level media buying relationships with direct clients and media agencies
  • Pipeline management: Build pipelines, deal-closing planning, sales forecasting, and managing sales reports with team Goals
  • Run local Pitches & RFPs and Joint-Business Plans (JBPs) with important partners
  • Work together with the Campaign Planner to design creative marketing campaigns using the Grab ecosystem
  • Work together with the Account Manager to make sure that campaigns run smoothly with a service level of excellence
  • Achieve quarterly personal and team revenue targets
  • 5+ years of experience in Thailand, with experience working with and selling to senior marketing leaders on both the agency and brand sides.
  • Experienced managing clients from the Automotive, Tech/Telco, Beauty, Financial, and Healthcare industries.
  • Previous sales forecasting experience.
  • Experience achieving targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive scheme.
  • Analytical with bias for data-based decisions.
  • Team Player with the ability to work across a matrix environment.
  • Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel (can perform complex functions), Word, Email, GoogleDrive, Salesforce, and PowerBI.
  • Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect.
  • Fluent in Thai and in Business English.

Get to Know the Role

As part of the GrabAds Thailand team, you will source & sell through advertisers for campaigns with GrabAds across both offline & online.

You will pitch leading advertisers directly & through their agencies. You will partner with your team and maintain a pipeline tracking towards a quarterly sales target under an incentive scheme. Your goal is multi-million dollar annual revenue generation and showing advertisers positive results. You will report to Head, GrabAds & Marketing Services. This is onsite role based in Bangkok.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

What Essential Skills You Will Need

5+ years of experience in Thailand, with experience working with and selling to senior marketing leaders on both the agency and brand sides.

  • Experienced managing clients from the Automotive, Tech/Telco, Beauty, Financial, and Healthcare industries.
  • You have previous sales forecasting experience.
  • You have experience achieving targets on a quarterly basis under an incentive scheme.
