Kuuasema is seeking a Senior Community Manager in Helsinki to communicate with global players, act as the game team's voice, and advocate for players. The role involves creating daily content, engaging with content creators and the community, and collaborating with external partners. The team is dynamic, agile, and focused on fun and long-term goals, offering independence and flexibility.
Must have:
  • Communicate the team’s vision to our players
  • Understand current trends within the community and provide the team with insights
  • Represent our players within the team and the rest of the company
  • Manage a global team of external community managers
  • Build & manage strong relationships with content creators
  • Help shape the game’s development and influence design decisions
  • Collaborate closely with other internal teams & work with external partners
  • Execute engaging and exciting community marketing strategies
  • 3+ years of hands-on Community Management experience in the gaming industry
  • Exceptional writing skills (native/near-native in English)
  • Comfortable on camera, and interacting with players online and face-to-face
  • Comfortable with managing a large global community
  • Passion for mobile games (and games in general)
  • Experience addressing difficult situations within the community when required
  • Experience managing social media channels
  • Experience working with Content Creators
  • Ability to work independently without guidance
  • The work happens mainly on-site in Helsinki
Good to have:
  • Experience with social media management and business intelligence tools
  • Any experience in other marketing disciplines and/or content creation
  • Excitement and/or experience around Esports

A leading game studio is seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team. Our business is divided between work for hire projects from renowned companies like Supercell, Red Bull Media House, Rovio and Remedy, as well as the development of our own exciting IP, such as Cthulhu Keeper.

As part of the team in Helsinki, your focus is to communicate with players around the globe. You are the face (and voice) of the game team and an advocate for our players within the team and the company. You create daily content, engage with content creators and members of the community as well as external partners. As a member of the game team, you act as the bridge between millions of players and the team who creates the magic.

We are working on a game with millions of fellow players that is both extremely exciting and challenging. We have a small, dynamic and agile team with a strong focus on fun and long-term goals. It is a very collaborative and open environment with loads of independence, flexibility and trust – which allows us to push our games in really interesting directions.
