As a Senior Concept Artist, you will be responsible for visualizing and developing concepts that help shape the artistic direction of our games. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with game designers and other artists to establish clear visual goals and ensure the successful execution of concepts.
- Create detailed sketches, paintings, and digital renderings to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to contribute fresh ideas and feedback.
- Research and explore relevant artistic styles, techniques, and trends in the gaming industry to inspire original content.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior artists, helping to foster their growth and development.
- Maintain project documentation, including concept art archives and style guides, ensuring accessibility for the team.
