Job Description & Summary
The Risk Consulting FS teams work with financial institutions, particularly banks and insurance companies, on their major regulatory projects. Whether it's implementing new regulations, managing a transformation program, or carrying out remediation, our teams support our clients at all stages of their projects. We primarily work for Risk, Compliance, and Operations Departments.
What you can expect from us:
Varied missions on high-stakes projects with great visibility, in an ever-richer and evolving regulatory context, linked to market trends. We support our clients in various projects:
- Transformation programs
- Regulatory compliance projects with new regulations
- Remediation or upgrade projects for risk and compliance frameworks
- Provision of regulatory expertise, deciphering regulations
- Evaluation and strengthening of risk management, control, and resilience frameworks
Examples of missions:
- Managing a global regulatory transformation program, with impacts at all levels of the organization and involving numerous entities
- Performing an impact analysis of a new regulation on a client's activities and businesses
- Performing an operational risk mapping
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring control plans
- Redesigning a risk monitoring and management system, including support for the implementation and deployment of a new tool
- Supporting compliance with a new regulation aimed at strengthening digital operational resilience for major players in the insurance sector
- Reinforcement for the Key Accounts commercial department of a strategic client and support for defining a commercial strategy
- Performing a functional diagnosis of the governance system of a large mutual group with regard to regulatory requirements (Solvency II)
- Supporting clients in coordinating and complying with e-Invoicing and e-Reporting requirements
What we expect from you:
- Master's degree in finance/risk/management
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial sector, insurance or banking, where you have gained knowledge of various products and functions
- You have experience as a credit risk analyst or in credit portfolio monitoring (corporate, retail, etc.) in the banking sector
- Ability to analyze credit risks, understand impacts on portfolios, know the main concepts (EAD, PD models, LGD, CCF, stress testing, scenario analysis, etc.) and be able to collaborate with operational, business, and risk stakeholders on these topics, in a consulting/project approach
- Experience in consulting would be a plus
- You know how to adapt to varied work environments
- You have strong analytical and synthesis skills, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
- You are proficient in English and French (written and oral)
