Job Description
The Senior Cybersecurity Analyst will provide cybersecurity analysis support, ensuring the application of security policies and practices. This role involves analyzing security incidents and network events, investigating compromises, and designing countermeasures. Responsibilities also include performing system audits, vulnerability assessments, and contributing to the design and testing of security controls. The analyst will execute transitions, implementations, and migrations, and develop documentation for process improvements. A graduated Systems Engineer is required for this role.
Must have:
- Provide cybersecurity analysis support for an assigned region or functional area.
- Ensure the application of security policies, principles, and practices.
- Analyze security incidents and network events to determine their impact.
- Present incident and network event results, and remediation actions.
- Investigate security compromises and design countermeasures.
- Perform system audits and vulnerability assessments for compliance.
- Execute transitions, implementations, and migrations.
- Contribute to the design, development, and testing of security controls.
- Develop documentation and suggest process improvements.

- Provides cybersecurity analysis support for an assigned region or functional area.
- Ensures the application of security policies, principles, and practices.
- Analyzes security incidents and network events to determine their impact on current operations.
- Presents results of incidents and network events, along with remediation action outcomes.
- Investigates successful or attempted efforts to compromise system and application security, and designs countermeasures.
- Performs system audits and vulnerability assessments, both periodic and on-demand, including user accounts, application access, file systems, and external website integrity analysis to determine compliance.
- Executes transitions, implementations, and migrations.
- Contributes to the design, development, and testing of security controls.
- Develops documentation, reviews, and suggests improvements for existing processes within the Cybersecurity Analysis area.
