Currently, we are looking for a Data Platform Technical Lead, who will play a pivotal role in transforming our data infrastructure to ensure seamless experiences for our customers and drive business growth.

Challenges you’ll meet:

1. Participate in project architecture and design creation, code review, CI/CD

2. Develop, optimize and maintain ETL/ ELT processes to provide data quality and consistency

3. Collaborate with data analysis and product development teams to ensure data pipelines are efficient, reliable, and scalable

4. Data integration and delivery

5. Test new approaches by creating PoC, performing benchmarks

6. Monitor and troubleshoot data processing systems to ensure they are functioning properly

What You'll Need:

• Proven expertise as a Data engineer or Python developer
• Experience in/ with:

1. AWS Cloud Infrastructure (Redshift + RsSpectrum, S3, MWAA, RDS, Kinesis, SQS, Lambda, Glue).

2. AWS Redshift administration and optimization.

3. automation, using Python + SQL

4. streaming and micro - batching ETL

5. DBT

6. GitLab administration

7. designing and creating API

8. creating design solutions and large-scale architecture, balancing between various types of constraint

9. third parties integration (marketing networks, payment systems, various other platforms)

10. database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL)

11. data transformation ( aggregation, enrichment, filtration)

12. developing structured data marts from raw data

13. ETL problem-solving

• Understanding of queueing mechanisms
• CI/CD knowledge — Gitlab CI
• Monitoring/logging knowledge (Grafana, Graylog, Data dog)

Nice to have experience with:

• DWH (Snowflake, etc.)
• PySpark
• Event schema validation process (Snowplow/ Schema Registry)
• database administration (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
