Job Description

Roof Stacks' Roof Money team seeks a Senior Data Scientist to contribute to AI projects, preferably with banking or finance experience. Responsibilities involve working with large language models (LLMs), NLP, and frameworks like HuggingFace Transformers, Llama.cpp, and the OpenAI API. Experience with big data and data mining is crucial. The role demands strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, problem-solving aptitude, and the capacity to navigate technical and non-technical negotiations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python or R, possess a Master's degree in AI (preferred), and be based in Istanbul (preferred).

Must have:

AI project experience (finance preferred)
Proficient in Python or R
LLM & NLP expertise
Big data/data mining experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong teamwork abilities

Good to have:

Master's in AI
Residency in Istanbul

We're Looking for "Senior Data Scientist" for Roof Money Team Who Has;

Job requirements

*Worked in Artificial Intelligence Projects (Preferably with banking or finance experience)

*Knowledge of Python or R (Preferred)

*Proficient in Large Language Models and NLP topics and LLM Frameworks (HuggingFace Transformers, Llama.cpp, OpenAI API, etc.)

*Has worked on big data or data mining

*Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence (Preferred)

*Living in Istanbul (Preferred)

Communication Methods

*Ability to convey ideas easily,

*Ability to have professional communication with each stakeholder,

*Ability to be clear, short, open, and persuasive in all kinds of communication,

*Ability to detect problems and solve them in the very beginning

Teamwork Expectations

*Ability to help the team while creating a sustainable product with higher quality,

*Ability to offer practical solutions,

*Ability to direct all kinds of technical and non-technical negotiations in a way that results in a positive outcome

*Ability to have a good grasp of the team, task, and/or customer issues and collaborate with relevant managers when necessary, and swiftly prevent or resolve these,
