We are seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and secure software delivery. The ideal candidate will drive best practices across the software release lifecycle, build scalable architectures, and embed security into every stage of development and operations. This role involves owning and managing the full software release lifecycle, designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, collaborating on platform services, and providing pre-go-live support. Responsibilities include championing best practices for performance, reliability, and security, implementing monitoring and alerting solutions, driving system scaling through automation, and leading incident response efforts.

Job Title: Senior DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary
We’re seeking a seasoned DevSecOps Engineer with deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and secure software delivery. The ideal candidate will drive best practices across the software release lifecycle, build scalable architectures, and embed security into every stage of development and operations.

Key Qualifications
• 7+ years’ hands-on experience in infrastructure performance, design and optimization
• Proven expertise in cloud architecture, implementation and best practices (AWS required)
• Strong automation skills using shell scripting, Python or a comparable language
• Demonstrated experience architecting systems at scale
• In-depth knowledge of DevSecOps principles and tooling (mandatory)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language for coding and scripting (mandatory)
• Extensive experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CodeCommit or equivalent (mandatory)

Responsibilities
• Own and manage the full software release lifecycle, from build automation through production deployment
• Design, implement and maintain reliable CI/CD pipelines; drive automation to ensure consistent releases across environments
• Collaborate on the end-to-end lifecycle of platform services—from initial design and deployment to ongoing operation and optimization
• Provide pre-go-live support: system design consulting, development of platform frameworks, capacity planning and launch reviews
• Champion and enforce best practices for performance, reliability, operational excellence, security and cost optimization
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to track availability, latency and overall system health at scale
• Drive sustainable system scaling through automation and iterative improvements that enhance reliability and deployment velocity
• Lead incident response efforts, conduct blameless post-mortems and implement lessons learned to prevent future issues
