Salesforce is seeking a Senior Enablement Sales Compensation Analyst to join the Global Incentive Compensation (GIC) team. This role involves managing strategic global enablement projects, analyzing compensation plan effectiveness, coordinating key events like the GIC Summit, engaging with stakeholders, driving global sales surveys, and performing ad-hoc data analysis. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, strong communicator, analytical thinker, and meticulous project manager, comfortable presenting to leaders. This hybrid role is based in Toronto, Canada, focusing on designing and implementing compensation programs to drive profitable customer outcomes.
Must have:
  • Manage large-scale global enablement projects from start to finish, ensuring key deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of compensation plans and enablement programs using data insights to recommend and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate major events like the annual GIC Summit, a critical training and alignment session.
  • Collaborate with business partners and leaders, preparing clear and compelling presentations to communicate project updates and key initiatives.
  • Coordinate and analyze the results of global sales surveys, using feedback to inform future compensation strategies.
  • Support the team with a variety of data analysis and operational tasks as needed.

You'll be part of a team that is dedicated to designing and implementing best-in-class compensation programs that empower our salesforce to drive profitable customer outcomes. This is a chance to be a strategic partner, working with leaders across the organization to ensure key initiatives like sales enablement is communicated and delivered successfully and with impact. You'll be part of our hybrid model, working in the Toronto office 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Strategic Projects: You'll project manage large-scale global enablement projects from start to finish, ensuring key deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Dive into the data to analyze the effectiveness of our compensation plans and enablement programs. You'll use your insights to recommend and implement improvements that directly impact sales performance.
  • Facilitate Key Events: Take the lead in coordinating and facilitating major events like our annual GIC Summit, a critical training and alignment session for the upcoming year.
  • Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with a wide range of business partners and leaders, preparing clear and compelling presentations to communicate project updates and key initiatives.
  • Drive Surveys and Feedback: Coordinate and analyze the results of our global sales survey, using the feedback to inform future compensation strategies.
  • Perform Ad-Hoc Analysis: Support the team with a variety of data analysis and operational tasks as needed, demonstrating your versatility and problem-solving skills.
