Job Description

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for conducting daily inspections of various machinery including MWD, Bunching, Extrusion, and Coiling. Key duties involve the installation and commissioning of utility equipment like RO systems, diesel generators, compressors, transformers, and LT panels. The role also includes developing action plans for machine failures, monitoring their implementation, tracking daily consumption of power, water, and diesel, and performing root cause analysis for significant breakdowns. Additionally, the engineer will monitor solar power generation, ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), and lead the maintenance team to ensure error-free plant machinery operations using Poke Yoke principles.

Must Have:

Conduct daily inspections of all machinery, including MWD, Bunching, Extrusion, Coiling.

Develop action plans for machine failures and monitor their implementation.
Track daily consumption of power (KWH), water, and diesel.
Conduct root cause analysis for significant breakdowns.
Monitor solar power generation and consumption, and follow up on the cleaning schedule for solar panels.
Correct abnormalities in the machine CLETA check sheet on a daily basis.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures for personnel, machinery, and plant operations.
Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 documentation.
Lead and guide the maintenance team in repair procedures.
Ensure all plant machinery operates without errors using Poke Yoke principles.
