We are seeking a senior engineer with strong hands-on Windows Administration background along with Azure experience to join our Cloud Platform Support & Engineering Team. You will act as a technical escalation point from offshore, driving technical conversations with customer technical teams and collaborating with Lead Engineers and Technical Delivery Leads in a fast-paced matrix environment. Key responsibilities include leading technical discussions, acting as the primary escalation point for Windows and Azure technical issues, collaborating with various teams for cohesive service delivery, mentoring junior engineers, providing incident reports, and performing system upgrades and patch management.
