What we’re looking for:
The primary objective of this role is to technically support the sales team to do pre- & post- sale work and to be able bring in current market information & customer information back to the business unit.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for key accounts customers as well as channel partners’ customers.
 - Provide technical support in all phases of the design in process as well as to gain the final design win.
 - Assist the sales team to carry out pre-sales promotion, customer training, demo board building, technical product presentation, troubleshoot in field, software programming, write up applications note, conduct workshop, etc.
 - Drive channel partners’ FAEs to carry out business promotion and technical support.
 - Work closely with Product Marketing and related Business Units to provide update, feedback or information in the respective specialties areas.
 - Show strategy/direction to team in distributors and follow up with customers and headquarters effectively to accomplish business goals.
 - Establish strong relationship with key engineers in customers’ organization by providing excellent technical support and personalize communication.
 
Qualifications & Requirements:
- BE in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic System or a related field of study.
 - Experience in applications on Wireless/ Bluetooth / MCU / Power modules.
 - At least 5 years in semiconductor supporting experience.
 - Good communication skills in both written and spoken English. Prior experience working with English-speaking counterpart will be a plus.
 - Project management capability with presentation (generating and delivering) and business negotiation skills.
 - Strong business acumen: marketing and sales sense to seek new business opportunities.
 - Must be self-starter type to initiate necessary or expected actions.
 - Good experience in C/C++ language programming.
