Senior Finance Business Partner - Autodesk Research and Generative AI Accelerator

This role is a Senior Finance Business Partner for Autodesk Research and Generative AI Accelerator. You will be the primary finance partner to the Senior Vice President of Autodesk Research, managing central investments in Generative AI. Key responsibilities include defining long-range plans, coordinating financial execution, building financial models, and providing data-backed narratives for executives. This high-visibility role offers exposure to senior leaders and collaboration across the Finance team.

Must Have

• Partner with Sr. Vice President of Autodesk Research to achieve organizational goals
• Build and maintain financial models and forecasts for emerging AI initiatives
• Manage Autodesk financial processes: Annual and Long-Range Planning, Forecast and Close
• Provide data-backed narratives for executive audiences
• 10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting with a focus on strategy or technology
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional leaders
• Understanding and interest in emerging AI technologies
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Position Overview

You will help define the long-range plan for these investments and coordinate financial execution across the company. This is a high visibility role with exposure to senior leaders, and the opportunity to work across the entire Finance team.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate finance, investment banking, or management consulting with a focus on strategy or technology
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross functional leaders, including senior executives
• Understanding and interest in emerging AI technologies
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a knack for distilling complexity into executive ready insights
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree a plus
