Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, you will be a key member of the team, collaborating across functional groups to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing, reporting, and forecasting financial performance, including translating complex business issues into clear, meaningful financial recommendations. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial results, preparing reports for senior leadership, developing financial models, partnering with business leaders, and conducting ad hoc analysis.

Must Have

  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations

  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and enterprise-level planning systems
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to continuous improvement

We are looking for a financial professional to join our dynamic FP&A team, where your passion, skills and expertise will help drive business growth through high-quality financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Senior Director, FP&A, you will be a key member of the team, collaborating across functional groups to deliver actionable insights and support decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in analyzing, reporting, and forecasting financial performance, including translating complex business issues into clear, meaningful financial recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize business performance.
  • Prepare and deliver financial reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive efficiency and growth through data-driven analysis.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and scenario modeling to evaluate potential business outcomes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial reporting and analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and enterprise-level planning systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills and executive presence; able to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
