Job Summary
As a Senior FP&A Controller at Wooga, you will partner closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure strong financial planning, accuracy, and strategic insight across the company. You will report to the FP&A Lead and collaborate with teams in the Israel headquarters, playing a key role in forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing financial performance. This role directly contributes to shaping data-driven decisions, optimizing financial processes, and delivering high-quality reporting to support Wooga’s continued growth and success.
Must Have
- Partner with business leaders to understand financial needs and challenges
- Manage the Oracle PR process, including monitoring and approving new purchase orders and budget requests
- Collaborate closely with multiple teams in the headquarters in Israel, including FP&A, Accounting and Bookkeeping departments
- Prepare and analyze forecasts monthly
- Execute month close processes, including mass POs upload, reconciliations and analysis of Budget vs Actual performance
- Create and deliver periodic financial summaries to senior management
- Contribute to the timely, complete, accurate and consistent preparation of monthly ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to optimization of the existing FP&A processes
- Participate in the annual budgeting process
- Educational and professional background as a Financial Analyst
- Professional experience working in the finance team of a global company
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and concepts
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including Google spreadsheets and slides
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to effectively present ideas to different departments
- Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment
- Understanding of the high level of accuracy needed for the role, and executing with exceptional attention to detail
- Highly motivated and proactive individual, showing initiative to improve processes
- Strong verbal and written English skills
