Job Description

1. Responsible for the core functional development of middle-platform Web products based on the React technology stack, including complex interactive pages and various tool applications.

2. Participate in front-end architecture design and technical solution formulation to ensure development efficiency and quality across multiple product lines.

3. Conduct code reviews, standardize development processes, and improve team code quality.

4. Collaborate with product, algorithm, and tools teams to promote the R&D and implementation of middle-platform Web products.

5. Address front-end performance optimization, compatibility, and other technical issues to ensure stable product operation.

6. Assist in planning development tasks, coordinating team resources, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over 5 years of front-end development experience, proficient in React and its ecosystem, familiar with modern front-end engineering solutions.

2. Possess experience in developing complex interactive pages and be able to independently solve cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and other issues.

3. Understand basic principles of Web server-side, with experience in front-end and back-end collaboration.

4. Possess good communication skills and cross-team collaboration awareness, with strong learning ability.

5. Able to quickly adapt to the parallel development pace of multiple product lines and possess strong stress resistance.

6. Experience in technical solution design and code review, with certain project management capabilities preferred.

7. Have some understanding or strong interest in middle-platform related technologies, with relevant project experience preferred.

8. Bonus points: Familiar with common back-end development frameworks (Python, Golang).
