3. Collect and analyze user needs, behavioral data, and market feedback, deeply research competitor community operation models, and provide data support and suggestions for strategy optimization and innovation.
4. Continuously monitor industry trends, propose innovative marketing and community operation solutions, and promote efficient collaboration with the team and other departments to achieve multiple project goals.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, available for 4+ days per week, preferably able to intern for 4+ months.
2. English can be used as a working language; basic understanding of European and American markets is required, overseas study experience preferred.
3. Love games, have some understanding of Papegames' products, and some understanding of female-oriented games.
