This role involves collaborating with producers and art teams to define art benchmarks, designing and optimizing rendering pipelines, and developing materials to achieve a balance between visual quality and performance on target platforms. The Senior TA will also establish and refine art workflows and standards, working closely with programming and planning teams to deliver high-quality creative projects.

Must Have

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in digital art, fine arts, or computer graphics preferred.
• 4-10 years of TA experience, including at least one project with end-to-end TA involvement.
• Proficiency in UE/Unity engine.
• Excellent artistic literacy; resume must include an art portfolio.
