1. Explore art benchmarks with producers and art teams.
2. Design/adjust rendering pipelines, develop materials, and achieve a balance between art effects and performance on target platforms.
3. Develop and continuously optimize art workflows, and establish reasonable specifications for each link.
4. Work closely with other teams such as programming and planning to collaboratively create high-quality works.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in digital art, fine arts, or computer graphics.
2. 4-10 years of TA experience, with at least 1 project having TA experience from 0 to 1.
3. Proficient in using UE/Unity engine.
4. Possess excellent artistic literacy, resume needs to include an art portfolio.
5. Love creation, have a continuous desire to explore visual expression, and be able to quickly understand and absorb creative needs.
6. Open personality, smooth communication, and possess cross-team collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
