1. Support the full talent recruitment process for game publishing business and overseas branches, building an excellent talent pipeline for business teams;
2. Responsible for mid-to-high-end talent scouting, utilizing multiple channels to expand networks and source resumes, and long-term operation and maintenance of the talent pool;
3. Work closely with hiring departments, deeply understand recruitment needs, and provide professional advice and solutions for hiring decisions;
4. Independently responsible for recruitment projects, such as campus recruitment, Mapping, and organizational insight reports.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, 3+ years of recruitment experience, English can be used as a working language;
2. Proven track record in headhunting and delivery, with the ability to independently complete mapping projects;
3. Strong initiative and drive, strong self-motivation, and enjoys challenges;
4. Willingness to develop long-term in the recruitment field, with summaries and insights on talent identification, attraction, and maintenance in recruitment work;
5. Passion for the gaming industry, gaming industry background or relevant resources preferred.
