Job Description
As a Senior Functional QA Analyst at Publicis Global Delivery, you will perform daily QA tasks including defect tracking, testing, and test case design. You'll analyze requirements, develop test cases and scripts based on specifications and business rules, and report critical issues. Responsibilities also include preparing QA documentation (test plans, test cases, test strategy), generating project status reports, mentoring junior analysts, and promoting a quality-oriented culture. Experience in functional testing, test case execution and creation, using JIRA and Confluence, and front-end HTML/CSS/JS analysis is required. Cross-browser/device testing and experience in CMS environments are also key.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform daily QA tasks (defect tracking, testing, test case design, etc.)
- Perform functional testing
- Analyze requirements and keep track of the new requirements for the project
- Employ specs/use cases/business rules to develop test cases and scripts
- Report critical issues and work with superiors to resolve them
- Prepare and update QA documentation (e.g. test plans, test cases, test strategy)
- Generate project status reports
- Mentor Functional analysts
- Promote a culture that is oriented towards quality and productivity
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in QA
- English level B2 or higher
- Experience in functional testing
- Experience in test case execution and creation
- Experience creating test cases and QA progress reports
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Front-end HTML/CSS/JS Analysis & Testing
- HTTP and AJAX Web Server<>Client Understanding
- Cross-Browser/Device/Email client web testing and analysis
- Process flexibility and comfort working with many client-specific standards, processes and tools
- Web testing from visual design through HTML templating to final web front-end
- Experience testing in CMS environments
- Report issues and work with superiors to resolve them
- Prepare and update QA documents for testing
