Maverick Games seeks a Senior Game Designer to collaborate with the Creative Director in defining project vision and features for an exciting new AAA open-world IP. Responsibilities include leading the design of key features and primary gameplay content, utilizing industry-leading tools, and championing the game's vision. The ideal candidate will create thrilling gameplay, take creative risks, and foster innovation within the team. The role offers a hybrid work environment in Warwick, a competitive salary (£48,000-£68,000), bonuses, benefits, a monthly learning day, and 30 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
