Furthermore, you:

(Rapid) prototype to improve concepts and hone in on the design that works best, up to a state that can be playtested with external players;
Implement your designs in Unity/C# with support from the technical team;
Document your designs clearly and concisely, both for handover and quick reference;
Align your work with project standards, pillars and workflows;
Collaborate with other disciplines to take your work from prototype to production quality;
Align with other disciplines to leverage their insights and needs, and make your work better;
You cooperate with QA to ensure your deliverables work as intended and are testable;
You playtest regularly and design your tests around relevant research questions and concerns;
Coordinate your strike team to define and deliver your feature or content;
You’ll also be fully embedded in our production rhythm: we run in two-week sprints, with daily standups and strike teams focused on delivering the best game we can.
As this is a senior role, we are looking for someone with proven multiple (5+) years experience with game production in a studio context, with a minimum of 1 shipped title;
Skilled in Unity/C#;
Strong affinity (and ideally experience) with co-op and puzzle games;
A clear understanding of the full game development process—and how to avoid common pitfalls;
Demonstrated ability to whitebox and design 3D levels;
A collaborative mindset: you communicate well across disciplines and welcome feedback;
Creative within constraints, with a strong eye for gameplay mechanics and flow;
Comfortable setting and meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly around them;
You articulate your design choices clearly and back them up with solid reasoning and context;
Passionate about player experience—you think beyond the genre and aim for what truly works;
What do we offer?
Hybrid working opportunities;
A beautiful office at an amazing location;
A passionate and fun team to work with;
More than enough room for personal development;
Freedom and responsibility in your role;
A good set of benefits, like Company Fitness!
