As a game designer, you will collaborate closely with the game director and producer to shape the vision of the games. Your responsibilities include crafting compelling stories, designing engaging encounters, implementing clever game mechanics, creating challenging puzzles, and assisting artists and developers in bringing these ideas to life. The role demands strong design skills, an understanding of level and puzzle design, and the ability to write storylines, character bios, dialogue, plot points, and game objectives. Additional requirements include storyboarding game action, defining user interfaces, menus, and controls, prototyping in Unity, and excellent communication skills. Regular on-site demonstrations in Ghent are also required.
Good To Have:- Experience with VR development.
- Experience with mobile development (iOS and Android).
Must Have:- Develop original game concepts with strong design abilities.
- Solid understanding of level and puzzle design.
