Job Summary
We are looking for a Gameplay Planner specializing in social aspects for a city life simulation game. You will design multiplayer social gameplay based on version plans and user experience needs, write design documents, and coordinate with programming and art teams for implementation. Responsibilities include ensuring excellent user experience, iterating based on feedback, and collaborating on atmosphere packaging to foster a social environment. You will also research market trends in MMOs and other multiplayer games to continuously expand our gameplay library.

- Strictly control process nodes and drive acceptance quality

- Knowledge of team formation, settlement, and data flow in single-gameplay

1. Based on version planning and experience requirements, design multiplayer social gameplay within the city, confirming the design framework, content, and system functions related to the gameplay.
2. Write design documents and coordinate with programming, art, and other departments to complete development and implementation. Ensure good user experience, including interaction and art presentation, and iterate and optimize based on feedback.
3. Collaborate with level designers and artists to promote the implementation of gameplay-related presentation and atmosphere packaging, starting from the goal of creating a social atmosphere, design ritualistic expressions in the gameplay.
4. Based on MMOs/other multiplayer online games and industry hot gameplay content on the market, extract relevant design highlights and continuously expand the gameplay library.
Job Requirements
1. 2+ years of gameplay planning work experience, 3D game project experience preferred. Possess complete gameplay design ability and experience, having independently led the implementation design of at least one complete single-gameplay.
2. Active in game social attributes, with deep experience in peripheral casual social gameplay, player relationship development, and community atmosphere cultivation in casual social games/multiplayer games; including but not limited to pvX type gameplay in peripheral casual social MMOs, multiplayer games with strong UGC atmosphere, and emotional social games like Sky: Children of the Light. Maintain sensitivity to new gameplay and content emerging in the market.
3. Strong learning ability and cooperation awareness, with good stress resistance, communication and expression skills, and implementation ability. Able to strictly control process nodes and drive acceptance quality.
4. [Bonus Points] Familiar with Unity, UE, or other mainstream game engines, have knowledge of processes such as team formation and settlement in single-gameplay, data flow, and understanding of gameplay implementation logic.
