Sunday is seeking a (Senior) Game Producer to coordinate multiple live and in-development hybrid-casual mobile games. This role involves building lean production systems, driving momentum, and ensuring ROI. The producer will partner with various teams (Product, Art, Design, Growth, BI) to align on development, challenge ideas, and prioritize based on budget and impact. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of mobile game production experience, a strong business understanding of games, and excellent communication skills to drive outcomes and strategic decisions.
Must Have:- Own tactical coordination across multiple live and in-development games, driving momentum, clarity, and ROI.
- Build and maintain lean production systems for fast shipping and focus on revenue, retention, and LTV.
- Partner with Product, Art, Design, Growth, and BI to align on what to build, kill, and double down on.
- Challenge teams to validate ideas early, run smart experiments, and kill fast when needed.
- Bring budget awareness and prioritization to high-leverage decisions.
- Own external production pipelines and partners with a focus on speed, quality, and ROI.
- 4+ years experience as a Producer in mobile games, ideally in a startup or hybrid-casual environment.
- Comfortable in fast-moving teams, taking initiative, solving problems, and pushing things forward.
- Strong understanding of the business of games: how ad monetization and UA work, what moves LTV, what kills games.
- Obsessed with outcomes, not with running clean meetings or ticking off task lists.
- Confident in prioritizing by ROI, not gut feeling or feature wishlist.
- Excellent communicator, able to challenge teams with the right mix of data, context, and urgency.
- Naturally connect strategy to tactics, helping game teams make decisions that move the company forward.
