Our Diversified Markets Fraud Solutions Sales team sells into the retail, eCommerce, travel, and hospitality market spaces, providing products and services directly to US consumers. We help customers authenticate, mitigate fraud, and reduce friction across all interaction channels. This role involves driving new business sales, engaging at high levels, and understanding industry-specific challenges. You will secure consumer identities, collaborate with support and business development, and build relationships with senior executives in identity, fraud, operations, customer experience, and technology organizations. The role contributes to business growth through collaborative efforts.
Must have:
  • Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying experience selling information-based services to enterprise clients.
  • Proven success in closing six- and seven-figure deals through a consultative approach.
  • Established industry relationships and a robust professional network.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement platforms.
  • Lead consultative sales efforts for enterprise fraud solutions.

Our Diversified Markets Fraud Solutions Sales team sells into the retail, eCommerce, travel, and hospitality market spaces providing products and services directly to US consumers. We help our customers to authenticate their customers, mitigate fraud and reduce the need for introducing unnecessary friction during every consumer contact across every interaction channel (web, mobile, contact center, etc.). By providing data services designed to optimize both inbound and outbound contact strategies and the subsequent consumer interaction, we deliver our clients the consumer insights they need to deliver great customer experiences, increase revenue, realizing significant operational savings, and mitigating both fraud and compliance risks.

What You'll Bring:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with deep, hands-on experience in designated industries to drive new business sales across both existing accounts and new logos. This role demands a strategic thinker and trusted advisor who can engage at the highest levels, understanding the nuanced challenges and goals unique to each vertical.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of quota-carrying experience selling information-based services to enterprise clients, particularly those with direct-to-consumer models.
  • Proven success in closing six- and seven-figure deals through a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
  • Established industry relationships and a robust professional network within the target verticals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and modern sales enablement platforms, including AI-enhanced tools for prospecting and engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

This is a remote role with occasional travel required for in-person events or meetings, as determined by management.

Impact You'll Make:

This role reports to the head of TransUnion’s Diversified Markets Fraud Solutions Sales Team. In this role you will:

  • Secure and protect the identities of consumers through industry-recognized fraud and identity solutions.
  • Collaborate with support and business development teams to identify and drive new business opportunities.
  • Build and foster relationships with senior level executives within the identity, fraud, operations, customer experience, and technology organizations of leading US commercial brands.
  • Contribute to our business’s growth in a fast-paced environment through collaborative efforts amongst sales, product, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead consultative sales efforts for enterprise fraud solutions—including authentication, identity data, and digital device identity—within a defined set of industries.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders by demonstrating a profound understanding of industry-specific fraud trends, regulatory pressures, and operational pain points.
  • Leverage your existing network to accelerate pipeline development and shorten sales cycles.
