Requirements & Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

• Create user‑information solutions by developing, implementing, and maintaining Java‑based components and interfaces.
• Communicate throughout our distributed Agile organization to achieve results.
• Actively support quality‑assurance processes and test automation.
• Continuously expand your skill set and domain knowledge while delivering high‑complexity tasks.
• Propose and drive improvements across code, processes, and products.

What you’ll bring

• Core tech:

Java SE, Spring, Spring Boot, RESTful web services, JPA/Hibernate, JMS, ActiveMQ.

• Dev tools: Git (or other VCS), Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Tomcat.
• Data & cloud:

High‑availability, scalable, and performant application design; data‑processing and back‑end development;

Snowflake data‑warehouse experience (must‑have); knowledge of CI/CD frameworks is an advantage.

• Methodology & quality: Agile (Scrum or Kanban), Test‑Driven Development, code‑review procedures, integration testing, secure‑software‑development best practices.
• Soft skills: Passionate, results‑focused, strong communicator, relationship‑management strength, stress‑resistant, self‑driven, able to work in and navigate complex environments.
• Languages:

Fluency in French (written & spoken) is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required for daily collaboration across our global teams.

• Advantageous: Prior experience in a corporate environment or with vehicle‑fleet‑management solutions.
