Senior Java Full Stack (with React) Engineer (#2436)

N-iX is looking for a Senior Java Full Stack (with React) Engineer to join our team! Our customer is a huge US-based enterprise with over 2,500 employees. It is a world leader in compact, professional electronic test tools and software for measuring and condition monitoring. We are collaborating on the solutions for the mobile operation, control and maintenance of automated systems. The company’s products are designed for environments where downtime is a critical issue such as airports, warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing operations and power stations, water treatment facilities or renewable energy farms. The solutions are used by global leaders in manufacturing, airport operations and logistics, such as Honda North America, Toyota UK, Volkswagen, Boston Logan Airport, AllessaChemie, Zalando, Baur, Brillux as well as many airports in Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications, focusing on both the front-end and back-end.
• Build robust, scalable, and secure applications using Java, Java Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices for enhanced functionality and efficiency.
• Develop responsive and intuitive UI components using React, ensuring cross-platform compatibility and performance optimization.

Requirements:

• At least 4+ years in full stack development with Java, Spring.
• At least 4+ years of experience in FE development with React.
• Advanced knowledge of Java, Java Spring, Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in microservices architecture, API design, and implementation.
• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong experience with React and related libraries.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end build tools.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an agile development environment.

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerisation and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
