Your responsibilities

As a Senior Maître d'hôtel, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the daily organization and coordination of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and increase sales.
• Lead the development and supervision of your team members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
• Manage customer complaints and feedback professionally, making improvements based on constructive criticism.
• Collaborate with the head chef to develop and update menus, ensuring they meet customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications

1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position in high-end catering preferably.

Fluent English
