The role requires strong statistical knowledge and creativity for practical applications in real-world scenarios, collaborating closely with Data Engineers to build scalable models and data products. The Data Scientist will support Marketplace Product, Engineering, and Executive Teams with analyses and data products, empower product and algorithm engineering teams with insights, quantify the impact of marketplace initiatives, design experiments for pricing, matching, and prediction models, monitor usage metrics, and lead business analytics projects from investigation to presentation.
