As a Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in creating a positive environment, driving performance goals, and supporting the Store Leader with business strategies and decision-making. Your role involves leading specific aspects of the customer experience while also identifying and resolving complex issues in collaboration with the Store Leader. You will empower your team, including managers, to achieve their performance and development goals, assist in recruiting and training a diverse workforce, and actively participate in floor leadership to ensure business priorities are met and exceptional customer service is delivered. Addressing customer and team member concerns, upholding company policies, protecting assets, and contributing to an inclusive environment are also key responsibilities.

Must Have:
