Position Overview

As we accelerate enterprise growth, our go-to-market (GTM) teams are undergoing significant change. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Change Management to help us successfully lead through our evolution , ensuring our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams are engaged, enabled, and equipped to thrive.

Reporting to the Head of Transformation & Programs, this role is critical to the success of Autodesk’s GTM evolution. You will lead a change management team that dives deep into impacts created across teams and ensuring that impacted teams can see the changes that are coming. You will work closely with both our Business Process Excellence team and our Enablement team as part of the horizontal teams that look at our most important changes and drive people readiness. This position requires deep expertise, relationship building, and will directly impact our ability to scale transformation across a global GTM organization of over 7,000 people.

Responsibilities

  • Lead change management impact assessments for major GTM transformation and growth initiatives

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (program management, enablement, business process excellence) to ensure integrated change plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption

  • Hire and manage a team of change managers to lead change management and change impact

  • Build and deploy a scalable change framework to standardize approach, tools, and outcomes to manage change

  • Develop deep understanding and manage stakeholders to ensure readiness across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success

  • Collaborate with executive sponsors and functional leaders to ensure visibility, alignment, and support for key initiatives

  • Define success metrics and track change adoption, business impact, and feedback loops to inform continuous improvement

  • Contribute to a culture of change agility, building internal capability through coaching, training, and best practice sharing

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 8 years of experience leading change management in large, complex environments

  • At least 3 years of direct people management experience, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and team development

  • Expertise in change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR) and tools, with a pragmatic, results-oriented application style

  • Experience working in or supporting go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Ops)

  • Ability to translate complex initiatives into accessible messages and practical action plans

  • Exceptional interpersonal and influence skills; able to build trust across executive and operational levels

  • Adept at managing multiple, fast-paced initiatives with competing priorities

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Organizational Development, Business, or related field preferred

Responsabilités

  • Diriger les évaluations de l'impact de la gestion du changement pour les initiatives majeures de transformation et de croissance GTM

  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles (gestion de programmes, habilitation, excellence des processus métier) afin de garantir des plans de changement intégrés qui favorisent l'adoption et minimisent les perturbations

  • Recruter et gérer une équipe de responsables du changement chargés de diriger la gestion du changement et d'en évaluer l'impact

  • Élaborer et déployer un cadre de changement évolutif afin de normaliser l'approche, les outils et les résultats pour gérer le changement

  • Développer une compréhension approfondie et gérer les parties prenantes afin de garantir la préparation des équipes commerciales, marketing et de réussite client

  • Collaborer avec les sponsors exécutifs et les responsables fonctionnels afin de garantir la visibilité, l'alignement et le soutien des initiatives clés

  • Définir des indicateurs de réussite et suivre l'adoption du changement, son impact sur l'activité et les boucles de rétroaction afin d'alimenter l'amélioration continue

  • Contribuer à une culture de l'agilité au changement, en renforçant les capacités internes par le coaching, la formation et le partage des meilleures pratiques

Qualifications minimales

  • Au moins 8 ans d'expérience dans la gestion du changement dans des environnements complexes et de grande envergure

  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience directe dans la gestion du personnel, avec un accent particulier sur l'engagement des parties prenantes et le développement d'équipes

  • Expertise dans les cadres de gestion du changement (par exemple, Prosci/ADKAR) et les outils, avec un style d'application pragmatique et axé sur les résultats

  • Expérience de travail au sein d'équipes de commercialisation (ventes, marketing, réussite client, opérations commerciales) ou de soutien à ces équipes
