The Senior Manager, Enablement Platforms, will lead a team of platform administrators responsible for the management, strategy, governance, and delivery of our sales enablement platforms and tools, including, but not limited to, Mindtickle.
In this role, you will help shape the vision, set the design standards, and drive the execution of modern enablement and productivity platforms. You will partner closely with stakeholders across IT, Go to Market Enablement (GTME), Program Management, Marketing, and regional teams to ensure our enablement platforms are deployed in a way that resonates with diverse audiences and accelerates business impact.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $134,900 and $218,240. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
