We drive subscriptions and audience revenue across our mastheads by using data-driven insights to optimise content distribution and enhance loyalty. We’re seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Manager Engagement Marketing to lead our Engagement Marketing team. This role is key to shaping and executing data-driven engagement strategies that retain and grow our subscriber base, ensuring they stay connected and invested throughout their journey with us.
You’ll oversee the development of engagement plans, manage cross-functional projects, and lead a talented team of marketing professionals, all while working closely with product and editorial teams to enhance the subscriber experience. This is a unique opportunity to influence audience strategy across all Publishing brands, driving loyalty and meaningful connections with our audience.
This position is a 12-month max-term contract.
