The Sr Mgr, Implementation Consulting is responsible for the successful delivery of implementation projects for Anthology’s Reach CRM solution, which is based on Microsoft. They will oversee the day-to-day management of Reach implementation projects supported by Anthology. They will take on the role of subject matter expert in Anthology’s Reach Solution, and they must possess a proven track record of successfully delivering complex, full lifecycle ERP implementations. This role will have overall responsibility for the quality of the service that the project team delivers. This position will report to the Director of Professional Services and will work closely with Customers, Project Managers, Technical Managers, Integration Managers, and Solutions Consultants.
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of Implementation Consultants, Technical Consultants, Architects, Project Managers, and Data Consultants for the implementation of the Anthology Reach product
- Providing project leadership to support the implementation of Anthology’s Reach solution projects while being accountable for their project team’s operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and project financials
- Demonstrating leadership skills in managing people and clients
- Track and monitor project schedules, risk, and budget to ensure all contractual commitments are met. Overall planning, directing, and oversight responsibility of multiple projects
- Providing direction to resolve complex problems and competing priorities
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and influence change when necessary
- Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and documented processes are followed in day-to-day activities, conducting periodic reviews of the quality processes, and implementing corrective actions as appropriate
- Participating in and/or leading quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes, and other stages of the project(s) to ensure requirements are fulfilled
- Working closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Customer Experience, Cloud Services, Product Management, Product Development, Global Support, etc) to ensure that customer needs are being prioritized and addressed appropriately
- Working with other Practice Managers and the Solution Director to identify process improvement opportunities and serve as an internal change management champion
- Developing, maintaining, evangelizing, and training project teams on implementation methodology, documentation, deliverables, and artifacts relating to Anthology Reach projects and products
- Coaching and developing team to enable career growth and to take on additional responsibility
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- At least 8 years of professional work experience
- At least 5 years consulting and/or project management experience in any CRM or ERP product
- At least 3 years’ experience in implementing or managing D365 CRM projects
- Experienced in Microsoft Power Platform
- Proven ability to manage processes and drive continuous process improvement
- Excellent project management skills, demonstrated ability to manage projects across teams where influencing skills are required
- Ability to work closely with other leaders to identify and develop plans to address business opportunities and challenges, across functional boundaries and global regions
- Aptitude to quickly learn new technologies to explain all Anthology’s products and services
- Well-versed at responding to high-impact customer escalations in a way that drives customer loyalty, including the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers
- Ability to remain poised and professional under stressful conditions; maintains calm, patient demeanor while driving to meet deadlines
- Professional, leader, motivator, results-oriented, quality-oriented, proactive, and responsive
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Preferred skills/qualifications:
- Experience implementing large-scale, complex software packages and/or CRM implementations
- Higher Education or Public Sector experience
