PURPOSE:
Leads a team responsible for crafting and implementing the global leadership strategy. Works closely with subject matter experts to design programmes that build future leaders and drives transformative growth across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops and integrates engaging and impactful leadership development programmes that meet group-wide needs, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Contributes to the development of a hyperlinked leadership development curriculum that aligns with the organisation's purpose and values.
- Facilitates leadership team events and delivers leadership development initiatives both virtually and in-person, ensuring effective engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborates with global stakeholders to gather requirements, test programmes, and execute leadership development curricula, ensuring consistency and relevance across regions.
- Establishes clear outcome measures for leadership development initiatives, communicates the return on investment (ROI) to stakeholders, and retires products as necessary to maintain relevance and effectiveness.
- Guarantees that leadership development products are fit for purpose, grounded in empirical evidence, and reflect industry best practices.
- Works closely with internal stakeholders, including the People Function and divisional / functional leaders, to ensure leadership development initiatives are aligned with organisational needs and integrated into broader talent management strategies.
- Mentors and manages a diverse team of leadership development professionals by providing continuous feedback, ensures they have professional development opportunities and sets clear performance expectations.
Technical / Job Functional Knowledge
- Experience of designing and delivering leadership development in a large and complex global business
- Deep expertise in, and curiosity for methods and approaches to designing and delivering leadership development.
- Has worked with subject experts and vendors to deliver learning.
- Solid experience of instructional design and of the creation of high quality, creative, and effective solutions
- Insight and expertise on industry trends and best practices, to challenge the way we apply learning in our organisation
- Experience of end to end learning solution life cycle
