Job Summary

This role provides executive support to the Group Head of Sales and Account Management (SAM) at LSEG, ensuring effectiveness in daily activities. Responsibilities include sophisticated diary and inbox management, meeting coordination, business travel arrangements, maintaining records, and supporting tools and systems. The position requires critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to build relationships, operating in a hybrid work environment.

Must Have

  • Onsite and remote support for Group Head of Sales and Account Management (SAM)

  • Inbox management on behalf of the ExCo Member

  • Preparation of visually impactful, accurate, and error-free presentations and papers
  • Handling incoming communication and correspondence

  • Arranging detailed, multi-sector travel itineraries and accommodation

  • Excellent MS Office and MS Teams skills
  • Ability to build and manage relationships up to all levels

Job Description

Position Summary

Executive support to our Group Head of Sales and Account Management (SAM) to enable him to be effective in his day-to-day activities and responsibilities. Services include: sophisticated diary management and meeting co-ordination, fielding communications such as phone calls and e-mails, arranging business travel, maintaining records and files, and providing support on tools, systems and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onsite and remote support for the Group Head of Sales and Account Management (SAM) in a hybrid working environment, usually 3 to 4 days per week in the office, or as often as the role requires.
  • Standard diary management, supporting one of the global business functions within LSEG.
  • Inbox management on behalf of the ExCo Member.
  • Using critical thinking to make connections across the business, internally and externally to pre-empt ExCo member’s requirements.
  • Preparations of presentations and papers – transitioning of content provided by Senior Leaders into visually impactful, accurate and free from typological errors.
  • Taking care of incoming communication and all correspondence.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and with clients and other key contacts.
  • Handling the expense processes including raising claims. Supporting procurement processes such as purchase orders, setting up suppliers and acting as a delegate on the expense system.
  • Assisting with the co-ordination of Townhalls, Roadshows and offsite events.
  • Arranging detailed, multi sector travel itineraries and accommodation in conjunction with the in-house. travel team ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Ensuring appropriate security measures are in place for travel in high-risk areas.
  • Keeping Executive’s compliance records updated, with gifts/entertainment etc.

Candidate Background

  • Experience of supporting a Senior Executive helpful.
  • A good understanding of the cadence and responsibilities associated with a FTSE50 listed company as well as understanding listed company Board commitments.
  • Experience of performing a similar role in a large-scale fast paced environment desirable.
  • Total trust and respect, given the confidential and critical nature of related activities and programmes.
  • College educated or equivalent preferred.
  • Polished & professional. Communication & interpersonal skills are key.

Compensation/Benefits Information:

LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $89,600 - $149,400.

Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/”bonus plan”). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience.
