Job Summary
IGT is seeking an experienced Contract Analyst V to join Lighthouse Studio, providing primary contract support for third-party development and outsourcing initiatives. This role involves developing, interpreting, and managing contractual frameworks, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with IGT’s standards. The analyst will guide new third-party relationships through onboarding and due diligence, manage existing agreements, and coordinate across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, Compliance, and external partners to ensure efficient collaboration, risk management, and operational excellence.
Must Have
- Participate in drafting, amendment, analysis, and maintenance of third-party game development agreements.
- Examine contract requirements, delivery schedules, and cost estimates for completeness and accuracy.
- Support the preparation, updating, and management of contract templates.
- Assist assigned teams with amendments, statements of work, and financial implications.
- Prepare first-draft contracts based on templates and conduct detailed reviews.
- Verify the accuracy of contract terms and help ensure the best interests of all contracting parties are protected.
- Advise management regarding contractual terms, obligations, risks, and compliance considerations.
- Review ongoing activities for compliance with contract terms and recommend amendments or extensions.
- Administer contract amendments and extensions for assigned agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement contract terms and obligations.
- Coordinate trademark registration requests, tracking, approvals, and reporting.
- Enter contract-related data and updates into SAP or other enterprise systems.
- Engage with and support cross-functional teams to ensure contractual terms meet business needs.
- Implement solutions to contract-related challenges, including conflicting stakeholder expectations.
- Review executed agreements to identify opportunities for improvement in future negotiations.
- Adapt by learning from past negotiation challenges and constructive feedback.
- Assist with ISO audit coordination efforts as requested.
- Leverage knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry standards.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or an associate degree, paralegal certification, or comparable professional experience.
- 5–8 years of experience in contract administration.
- 0–2 years of project or team lead experience.
- Advanced basic knowledge of contract analysis, interpretation, and coordination of multiple agreements.
- Advanced basic knowledge of organizational processes and gaming industry sales or legal terms.
- Basic proficiency with ERP tools, legal terminology, contract analysis, database management, SAP, and SharePoint.
- Ability to communicate complex contractual concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative approach to resolving issues with internal partners and external vendors.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to incorporate constructive feedback to improve contract processes.
- Ability to anticipate and implement solutions to contract-related challenges.

IGT is seeking an experienced Contract Analyst V to join Lighthouse Studio, where they will serve as the primary contract support for third-party development and outsourcing initiatives. The position will also provide secondary support to other IGT studios as needed and act as a key coordination point across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Project Management, Compliance, and external partners. In this role, the Contract Analyst will develop, interpret, and manage contractual frameworks that support business operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with IGT’s standards.
This Contract Analyst will support the business by guiding new third-party relationships through onboarding and due diligence and by managing existing agreements through renewals, amendments, and compliance updates as business needs evolve. In doing so, the role works closely with internal partners to ensure contractual terms are clearly understood, properly implemented, and aligned with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. While balancing multiple contracts and stakeholder groups simultaneously, this role helps enable efficient collaboration, manage risk, and uphold IGT’s commitment to quality and operational excellence.
Essential Functions
Core Responsibilities

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $86,538/yr - $220,000/yr. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses. In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance.
