Job Summary
The ideal candidate is a junior software developer or QA engineer with a strong foundation in C# programming and a genuine interest in automation. As a Junior Automation Tester, you will bridge the gap between development and quality assurance, focusing on building and maintaining automated test solutions to ensure high standards of performance, functionality, and compliance for games and applications. You will collaborate with senior developers and QA engineers, gaining hands-on experience in automation frameworks and the full game development lifecycle.
Must Have
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using C# and NUnit
- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define automation needs
- Identify test cases with high automation ROI and reduce manual testing effort
- Maintain and improve internal tools for efficient testing and reporting
- Develop test documentation and perform functional tests
- Document test cases, results, and defects clearly and systematically
- Actively participate in daily team meetings, share feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement
- Solid understanding of testing process and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Basic experience with C# and knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit or similar)
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability
- Passion for software quality and eagerness to learn automation tools and best practices
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Good to Have
- Experience with Selenium WebDriver or similar automation frameworks
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with version control systems (Git)

🕹Role Overview
As a Junior Automation Tester, you will bridge the gap between development and quality assurance. Your main focus will be building and maintaining automated test solutions that ensure our games and applications meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and compliance. You will work closely with senior developers and QA engineers, gaining hands-on experience in automation frameworks, continuous integration, and the full game development lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who’s starting a career in software engineering or wants to continue to develop their automated testing career.
🛠️ Key responsibilities include
- Designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks using C# and NUnit
- Collaborating with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to define and prioritize automation needs
- Identifying test cases with high automation ROI and reducing manual testing effort
- Maintaining and improving internal tools to support efficient testing and reporting
- Develop test documentation and perform functional tests
- Documenting test cases, results, and defects clearly and systematically
- Actively participating in daily team meetings, sharing feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement
🎯Key attributes include
